About Us

Lori Sprague, Owner and Senior Consultant for Elevated HR Solutions has focused her career on building positive relationships with all levels of an organization to promote a positive work environment and has been recognized as a strategic partner in HR at AML RightSource and John Carroll University.   Her expertise includes the design and implementation of training, creating HR systems, performance management systems and talent management.  Prior to establishing Elevated HR Solutions, she was a HR Director for AML RightSource.  She also served in various roles in HR at John Carroll University where she worked for 20 years.  She is a member for The Society for Human Resources Management and the HR Leadership Group.

Professional Development

Lori is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SCP) member of The Society for Human Resources Management, has earned her Human Resources Project Management Certification through The Project Management Resource Group and obtained a Leadership Excellence Certificate through The Monte Ahuja Business School at Cleveland State University.
